She has had her emotions tampered with

Yet has been denied fair hearing

She sits by the door

And wishes she could only show her emotions even 4 once

without looking weak or not in control

Yet this emotions that sets

Everything it touches on fire

Cannot die now

For..For many months, this emotions

Has continued to be fuelled

She has been verbally and mentally abused

Yet no one sees this smouldering emotions

And when she dares to flare up,

They judge her.

And when she doesn't, she is seen as a lame creature

Making her feel more engulfed in flames

Of devastating emotions 😢

This time around, the pain can be physically felt

She wishes she could look through herself in the mirror

And then tell her hurt quietly

Without the society seeing her as

Less of who she is:A man

"You're a Woman !show your aggressive side!

Stand up and take your place!!

Her friends will always say

Societal standards —Walk away when the emotions

Start to feel like coal in your chest

And flowing lava in your arteries and veins

"Tame your emotions towards your depression"😔💔

Her dad had always reminded her:"walk away.That's a real woman"

So that temper doesn't destroy what you built .

But even the pastor loses his emotions and yells

And there's no turning back

Infact every human let's their emotions lose sometimes

I'm confused 😕

Nobody ever walks away when provoked in secret

But does in words

So why crucify me when I get provoked and stay to voice my annoyance???😔💔
